 Information Society and Media European Commission to encourage the sha
 ring of good practice in the area of eHealth. In particular\, the work
 shop will address the legal and logistics dimensions in Telemedicine p
 ractice. Subjects to be covered include legal liability of practicione
 rs\, patient data privacy and protection\, as well as financial and lo
 gistics subjects\, such as reimbursement of services\, etc. Furthermor
 e\, a telemedicine use case will be presented to the participants.
